Members of the Grad Center are available in a drop-in format to answer quick questions related to available resources, policies, and other aspects of your graduate experience at Penn.

No appointment is necessary. Come to the second floor of the Grad Center during schedueld drop-in hours and we will direct you to the appropriate offie. During drop-in hours, attendees will be helped in the order they arrive. 

Students with more complex questions or concerns are encouraged to schedule an individual advising appointment (details below). Students are also welcome to send questions to the Grad Center team via email or through our online contact form.

The Grad Center team advises individual students and graduate student groups on all aspects of graduate life at Penn. Students are welcome to email us with questions related to our areas of responsibility and expertise. We are also available to meet with students in-person, online, or via phone.
