Make an Appointment - Graduate Student Center

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

The Grad Center team advises individual students and graduate student groups on all aspects of graduate life at Penn. Students are welcome to email us with questions related to our areas of responsibility and expertise. We are available for weekly drop-in advising and questions during the academic year.

Students with more complex questions or concerns are encouraged to schedule an individual advising appointment. We are available to meet with students in-person, online, or via phone. Please  request an appointment with a member of our team below.  

GRAD CENTER DIRECTOR (Meredith Wooten)
Request an appointment with the Director to discuss University policies and procedures, graduate mentoring or advising, funding and grants, or other topics relevant to her areas of responsibility and expertise*Please note: During the summer months, Monday appointments with the Director are available by phone or Zoom only. 

GRAD CENTER ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (JoEllen McBride) 
Request an appointment with our Associate Director to discuss questions and issues related to Grad Center programming, research communication, or other topics relevant to her areas of responsibility and expertise*Please note: During the summer months, Thursday appointments with the Associate Director are available by phone or Zoom only.
