[Discounted Tickets] Yours Forever: Love Letters in the Archive at The Rosenbach In-Person
Join us this Valentine's Day at the historic Rosenbach Museum and take a peek at love letters sent by famous poets and authors. This romantic tour offers a rare peek into some of the most personal and emotional writing in the Rosenbach Collection. The tour begins with the aching yearnings of poet and notorious romantic John Keats, signed “yours forever” to the object of his affection, Fanny Brawne. We'll spend our evening getting up close and personal with a variety of treasures like handwritten pages from James Joyce’s Ulysses, correspondence from Marlene Dietrich to Mercedes De Acosta, and much more.
Tickets are on sale beginning Tuesday, January 16. Students can purchase tickets at the first-floor information desk during regular Grad Center hours.
Tickets are $5 and cash only. (Regular admission to the Rosenbach is $25). There is a limit of 2 tickets per Grad ID.
Students will meet off campus at the Rosenbach Museum for a 4:30 p.m. tour. The Rosenbach is located at 2008-2010 Delancey Place, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Please arrive on time as this will be a guided tour. We will be taking the Famous Authors Love Letters tour offered by the Rosenbach.
