The Grad Center team advises individual students and graduate student organizations on all aspects of graduate life at Penn. Current graduate and professional students are welcome to email us with questions related to our areas of responsibility and expertise. We are available by phone and in person for quick drop-in advising and questions M-F, 9am-5pm throughout the academic year.

Students with more complex questions or concerns are encouraged to schedule an individual advising appointment. We are available to meet with students in-person, online, or via phone. Appointments are generally 30-45 minutes. Please request an appointment with a member of our team below.

Request an appointment with our Associate Director to discuss questions and issues related to Grad Center programming, research communication, or other topics relevant to her areas of responsibility and expertise*Please note: During the summer months, Thursday appointments with the ADSP  are available by phone or Zoom only.

Request an appointment with the Associate Director for Student Engagement to discuss questions and issues related to Grad Center Graduate Life programming, new student resources, or other topics relevant to his areas of responsibility and expertise*Please note: Monday appointments with the ADSP are available by phone or Zoom only.

Please note that the Grad Center team is available to provide information and support in relation to a range of available resources, policies, and other aspects of your graduate experience at Penn, but that we are generally NOT able to advise on issues specific to a given program or school such as tuition, curricular requirements, registration, and admissions. Please contact a program or department administrator for assistance with program-specific questions.
