Grad Center Room Reservations
Grad Center study and meeting rooms are available to reserve Monday-Friday during our regular operating hours. Reservations are not available during university breaks, reading/finals periods, or summer months. In order to preserve consistently-available lounge space and coffee service for gradute & professional students, the first floor Welfer Common Room is only available after hours/weekends for special events. Reservations must be submitted at least three (3) days and no more than 60 days in advance. Reservations are generally not available during university breaks, reading/finals periods, or summer months. Please review our full reservation policies before submitting a request.

Who can reserve space?
Current Penn graduate and professional students, graduate student groups, and University offices offering programs specifically intended for the wider Penn graduate and professional student community can reserve a room. Only university-recognized graduate student groups can submit tabling or recurring reservation requests.
We generally do not approve reservations for office hours, class/seminar meetings, or individual use. Please see our list of other campus spaces available to reserve here.
How to Reserve Space
Available spaces will display as green in the grid below. Click on your desired start time. The default reservation is 30-minutes. You can adjust the reservation length using the drop-down menu below the availability grid.
