Stress Management and Self-Care In-Person

Graduate school can be a very stressful time in one’s life and it may be difficult to manage the many academic, social, and emotional demands. Stress is a normal response to experiences that feel overwhelming. However, when stress goes unmanaged, it can lead to distress in one’s life. This workshop will focus on recognizing signs of stress, identifying coping strategies and forms of self-care, and when and where to seek help when needed.
