How to Navigate Difficult Conversations

How to Navigate Difficult Conversations In-Person

Join us for an interactive workshop focused on self-advocacy, effective communication, and conflict navigation in academic settings. We’ll discuss effective strategies for addressing challenges with peers, mentors, and advisors. The Office of the Ombuds at Penn will share insights about their role as a confidential, informal, and independent resource and how they can support graduate students in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy academic relationships.
