Presented by: Dr. Hanna Sherrill, Associate Director, Science Outreach Initiative

Dr. Sherrill is a former biomedical researcher with over a decade of science outreach, education, and communication experience with audiences ranging from children through adults. Dr. Sherrill was also an Eagleton Science and Politics Fellow where she worked in the New Jersey state government advising on science policy and science communication strategies.

If you already have a specific audience or communication platform you are interested in, please email shehanna@sas.upenn.edu with your ideas or interests so that the workshop can include information specific to your needs. Examples include working with elementary school students, communicating with public employees or officials about specific policies related to your research, or presenting at a public library event.
