Teaching in the Age of AI: Humanities In-Person
Facilitator: Mengliu Cheng, CETLI Fellow, History
Generative AI has become part of everyday life. Join this workshop to explore how to thrive as graduate instructors in the humanities using AI. We will explore practical toolkits and examples for integrating AI into assignments and recitation sessions, such as digital projects assignment, interactive websites, in-class role-play games, etc. This workshop emphasizes not only AI literacy for you and your students, but also communication and pedagogical skills that are essential for effective teaching.
