Dealing With Academic Fatigue (Your Students’ and Yours)

Dealing With Academic Fatigue (Your Students’ and Yours) In-Person

Facilitator: Lance Murphy, CETLI Fellow, Immunology

Between classes, clubs, athletics, research, TAing, and everything else, it can sometimes feel like burnout is inevitable. In order to manage academic fatigue, you must first identify it, which is often the hardest step. In this workshop, we will focus on defining academic fatigue to provide you with tangible hallmarks to recognize it. Additionally, we will discuss skills and campus resources that can help you manage academic fatigue.
