Penn alumni who are currently working as university directors will share their personal stories and insights, discuss how their academic background prepared them for a career in higher ed, outline the challenges they faced along the way, and offer advice for others considering this path. Topics may include networking, finding the right job opportunities, and learning to reframe your experiences to align with the role.
