Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.: Interfaith Commemoration; This annual event commemorates the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  

With words, song and the presentation of the MLK Service Awards, the annual Interfaith program emphasizes common humanity and acknowledges individuals whose active service exemplifies Dr. King's vision. This year's guest speaker will be one of the nation's most prominent scholars, Dr. Eddie S. Glaude, Jr. who will talk about King’s legacy and how he advocated for a peaceful approach that can be used to address contemporary social injustices.
