Mindfulness and Relaxation [Graduate Wellness Week] In-Person
This workshop includes gentle mindful movement, breathing and other mindful practices, and guided meditation for deep relaxation (known as “yoga nidra” or “sleep yoga”. These practices can help to alleviate stress, improve concentration, promote relaxation, and enhance wellbeing.
Participants are encouraged to explore practices within their own comfort levels, and no previous experience is required.
All yoga equipment and tea blend ingredients will be provided, but bring your own mug!
