Greenfield Intercultural Center (GIC) Open House In-Person
Welcome to GIC’s Picnic Style Open House! As we celebrate 40 years of facilitating intercultural understanding, join us for a back yard summer party! Learn about GIC's many programmatic offerings including our Math/Econ Learning Communities, our intercultural conversations, upcoming Fall tours and our signature Spring Break trip to the South to explore Civil Rights history. Get to know the wonderful student leaders from our resident student organizations - the United Minorities Council (UMC) and Natives at Penn (NAP). Tour our building, meet staff, campus partners and alumni and relax with yard games on our Green and in our Lenape Turtle Garden. Interested in learning about our history? Check out our photo timeline highlighting 40 years of activities and community building at Penn. Learn about the legacy of former UMC Chair Darcy Richie '04 whom we honored this year with a bench in our garden. There will be food and fun swag!
