Graduate Wellness Week: How to Not Overextend Yourself In-Person

The How To Not Overextend Yourself workshop is a collaboration between Wellness at Penn, the Weingarten Center, and the Graduate Student Center that will cover a variety of self-care topics to help students bring more balance to their lives. Topics will include evaluating your own capacity, creating realistic and flexible work/study plans, setting boundaries, checking in with yourself, monitoring your stress levels, and self-care strategies.
