Graduate Wellness Week: Get Better Sleep with Wellness at Penn In-Person

Looking for some strategies to help get better sleep as the semester winds down? Then join other graduate and professional students for an interactive workshop that will provide information and strategies to facilitate better and healthier sleep through a fun game of Quizzo. You will leave with a better understanding of how to achieve higher sleeping quality and avoid unhealthy sleeping patterns.

This event is free and open to graduate and professional students only. Space is limited and registration is required. Please reserve your spot now. Those who are more than 10 minutes late will have their spot opened to those on the waitlist present at the event.

This event will be held on the second floor of Houston Hall in the Bishop White Room. Houston Hall is located at 3417 Spruce St, Philadelphia, PA 19104
