Scrap Vessel - A Spooky Documentary Screening In-Person
Do you like ghosts and pirates? Then join the Grad Center on October 31 from 3:00 to 4:00pm for a SPOOKY screening of the documentary Scrap Vessel! A creepy coal cargo ship, the Bulk Promoter, is on its final voyage to the infamous ship boneyards of Bangladesh where it will be dismantled. Filmmaker Jason Byrne follows the ship and its crew on its last journey and documents the crew recounting the ship's ghost stories, fighting off pirates who try to steal the ship's rudder, and making spooky discoveries in locked rooms in the ship. Snacks will be provided!
